How to Cancel an Order

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase to receive a full refund.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible via:

Important Notes

  • After 24 hours, your order will be processed and shipped. At this stage, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • If your order has already been shipped, you may be eligible for a return under our Return Policy.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
